Regular pill shaped (similar to a thickened oval). Has defined cuts on the sides, it is NOT fully rounded. The bottom half is all white. The top half is light yellow and has 511 printed into it. If anyone could tell me what pill they think this is, or what that 511 means it would be a huge help. KU 210 has been identified as Montelukast sodium 10 mg (base). Is it possible that you may have misread the imprint? I did find that the manufacturer is listed as Kremers Urban Pharmaceuticals. Small round white pill that is scored on one side and has the letters MC printed on the other. Was believed to be either a muscle relaxer or anti-anxiety. ## MC with a box around it? Those come from Honduras and could be anything from muscle relaxers to pain killers to anti-anxiety depending on the size and weight. That company only labels their pills with their logo and nothing to identify the substance. I'm also having difficulty finding it and that may help me to narrow down where to look. ## I called CVS and was told that the pill is oxycodone 10/325. I could not locate anything on the internet, but my pharmacist assured me that it is a narcotic. There is a round pill with the same numbers printed on the pill and that is a different non narcotic med. I found this pill in my truck and have had trouble figuring out what the hell it is.
