Part of a 4 pill dose. ## Hello BS, I was not able to find a pill that has the imprint U 191, however, if turned upside down it makes the imprint n 161 and I was able to find a Misoprostol 0.2 MG tral tablet that matches that description. So if a medicine says Mylan on it, that simply means that they are the manufacturer, and it is not the name of the med. Usually it would say Mylan and then also have some numbers on it.
