Looks like an oxycodone - it has m inside a square and 30 on back on top of the line. But it is white in color, not pale blue - just WHITE. What could it be? ## Aside from the color, everything else in your description matches up with a typical 30mg Oxycodone IR pill made by Mallinckrodt. This is an antidepressant generic and I wonder if anyone has been taking this pill. I am wondering if generics are potent enough to take care of depression, social anxiety and compulsive disorders. Please identify. ## Hello, Toni! How are you? I think you might be misunderstanding generic medications. There can be slight differences between them and the name brands, but slight is the operative word. The allowable difference is plus or minus 20%, which means yes, they are still potent enough to work. Occasionally, some people that are sensitive to medications may have problems with a generic, or they may find that one doesn't work as well for them, if they've been taking the name brand for a very long time, but it's not common for this to happen.
