757 on front and m on back ## I located a match, the only difference is the pill is white, but it had M on one side and 757 on the other. This pill is Atenolol 100 mg, which can be used to treat cardiovascular diseases and conditions such as hypertension, coronary heart disease, arrhythmias, angina (chest pain) and to treat and reduce the risk of heart complications following myocardial infarction (heart attack). My husband mixed some of his pills and i am not sure which is 0.5 ativan and which one may be atenenol, although one is slightly larger that the other ## Is it possible that you're looking at it upside down and the marking is M 321? If I flip the image, it does look like 125 upside down and, if that is the case, then it's the 0.5mg Lorazepam tablet, a generic for Ativan. For instance.... White, round, M 757 contains 100mgs. White, round, M A2 contains 25mgs. White, round, MP 146 contains 50mgs. White, round, MP 9 contains 25mgs. White, round, MP 147 contains 100mgs.
