On the back side it is blank. Is there any chance that the marking could've been misinterpreted depending on the pill's condition and which way it was being held? If this did turn out to be a match then it would be identified as a 500mg acetaminophen tablet, made by Qualitest. For verification, the pill itself is reportedly 12.00 mm in size and carries a NDC of 00603-0268. An image of this pill can also be viewed by following the NDC link. 5mg oxycotin k 18 on one side an blank on the other. Small white round pill. ## I don't have a picture to post for you, due to copyright reasons. This is not actually an Oxycontin tablet, those are only available as the name brand and would have the OC or OP marking on them, with the number designating the dosage on the opposite side. This time released formulation is also not available in a 5mg dosage. The tablet you have, does contain 5mgs of Oxycodone, but it is the regular release tablet, which is the generic for Roxicodone. Sorry. ## Frank, you're right - I checked around for the pill IDs and found the following: 44 183 is in fact Aspirin, I think 325 mg. 54 543 is actually Roxicet - which contains the same active ingredients as Percocet. Once a pill is available for generic production, they are made by many different companies and they all look different and have to have different markings.
