I'd like to know what this pill is because it wasn't in the right bottle and I was going to throw it out but would like to know what it is. I have a round white pill with the imprint of I 45 (the I has a line across the top and bottom). The manufacturer is Solco Healthcare. What is this pill? ## It is 500 mgs. of Metformin. I was just given this pill today, as before I was taking 500 mgs. but the company was Apotex. The pill is really small, white, round and on one side says P on the top part and 771 on the bottom part. ## Yes, it says P on top and 771 on the bottom. The back is bare and says nothing. It has a diameter of about 16/64ths (6.350[mm]). I heard it was some sort of opioid, and helped to prevent diareah. ## Yes, it is called Diphenoxylate HCl atropine sulfate [1]. I have seen white and pink/red round pills with a very small atc imprint inside a triangle, but there was no X, just a number to determine the milligrams. Round White Pill scored in quarters (4) that looks like it says myan at the TOP and LL on the bottom, more specificaaly MY on the top left quarter then on top right quarter it says AN then bottom left quarter says L and bottom right quarter says L - That's what it LOOKS LIKE IT SAYS. Unknown pill found. It's square-shaped with rounded corners, pale green or white with green specks. One side is indented like a plus sign. Has the letters B and D diagonally on it. B in the top left portion and D in the lower right. On the backside is the number 100. I asked a friend who is a pharmacist, but she said Ephedra was not listed in her drug book.
