had a party and afterwards found a few pills laying on my floor near the bed....just wondering if they are generic OTC pain relievers or something else??? ## If there are no markings on them, it is going to be difficult to determine what they contain. We can rule them out as being U.S. prescription medications, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. However, yes, they could be any one of a large number of over the counter products, but there is also a small chance that they could be a foreign medication. Have you tried asking anyone if they lost anything?

I have a massive toothache and was looking through my old prescriptions for something for pain. I found a bottle that the label is faded from being kept on the windowsill and was wondering what the pills were. They are small, white with a fancy V on one side and blank on the other. Any ideas? this is a round medium sized pill and looks like this GP 12 v ## Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a round white pill imprinted with GP 127. Its a small flat white pill blank on one side on the other it has an I dif 8 no idea what it is ## I am not quite sure I understand your description of the imprint. What do you mean by dif? Did you mean there's a dividing line? If so, then it's likely you're looking at it upside down and the marking is actually 81 and it's an 81mg low dose Aspirin tablet. I came across this pill in my medicine cabinet and I have no idea what it is or how it got there. It's a small white round pill with the number 8 imprinted on one side and blank on the other. Found a very small white round pill, scored line on one side and U on the other. Can't seem to find what it is, any help? ## How small is it? Can you post back and try to give a better idea? Is it about the size of an birth control pill? If so, that's very well what it may be. They tend to get away with more obscure imprints and some even get away with not having any, since they are so tiny. However, as I was forced to report, before.... It is not showing up in any of our pill identification resources. I think this is going to be really hard to narrow down, there are quite a few over the counter items with the number 10 on them that match this description. You could pay to have it lab tested, but that would be expensive. I am sorry, I wish I could be of more help. Was it found in the U.S.? ## Lisinopril 10mg ## Roughly 2 centimeters wide.
