Well, just like every other ADHD medication, even switching brands of the same drug, there is a week or two period of forcing myself to consume smoothies and whatnot but it is going on three weeks now and while it is working great in every other way, I had to give up my annual P90x round before summer because I am so weak that four push ups is rough. Found 2 unidentifiable pills in guest rm. after 2 European students visited. One pill is small, round, green, with CF on one side, & HYL imprinted on the other side. The 2nd pill is a large, white, oval with 44-527 scored on one side, the other side is unremarkable due to moisture. ## The white oval is basicly asprin/acetaminophen and the green one with HYL sounds like a cold/flu over the counter med. ## The tablet with the HYL and CF marking is an over the counter herbal product manufactured by Hyland that's called Calm's Forte, it is used to help with sleep issues. The tablet with the 44 527 marking is also an over the counter product that contains Acetaminophen, Guaifenesin and Phenylephrine, it is used to help relieve cold symptoms. Is there anything else I can help with?
