If so, the marking is S21 and does not contain any type of narcotic, The tablet contains 500mgs of Penicillin an antibiotic used to treat various types of infections. Side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. There is no Oxycontin with that marking, they have a marking of OC or OP on one side and a number on the other a number that designated the dosage.
