I was given a round white pill with the numbers 512 on one side and a line (to split) or score on the other side. These tablets contain 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, if you took too much, the Acetaminophen can cause serious stomach damage and may put your life in danger. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Round white pill with a 512 printed and a half line on the other side, what is it? ## Can you please tell me if these were tylenol 2, 3 or 4's??? Thanks ## NONE OF THE ABOVE! Prescription Tylenol contains codeine and this does not. This contains Acetaminophen 325mgs and Oxycodone 5mgs, it is generic Percocet or Endocet. This is, however, a narcotic pain reliever, but it is much stronger than the Tylenol products.

This is a generic for Percocet, which means it contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Oxycodone. This pill has 512 on one side and V on the other. Anyone know what it is? I found it in my daughters jeans. ## I'm sorry, but I have been checking for this in our various resources, since I first saw your post and I am just not finding a tablet that has the 512 and a V on it. Are you in the U.S.? I know there is a plain white tablet with just a 512 on it that is a Percocet, that contains Acetaminophen and Oxyodone, but it doesn't have a V on the opposite side.
