I found a pill. This is the description: It is a white round pill, non coated, scored on the front with a # 512 on the back. What is this? ## It's a percocet 5. This particular tablet is marked with "512" on one side and is scored on the other. For added verification, it is also reported to be approximately 12.00 mm in diameter. Maybe that could help determine if there are other similarities as well. Any chance there could've been more numbers that were potentially faded/smudged off your pill? This is a generic for Percocet, which means it contains 325mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Oxycodone. IT is a white round pill with the imprint 512 on one side and a line/score on the other side. Maybe the 51 got smudged off? White Round Pill With 512, a score and HD on one side. Other side is blank. Probably percoset but haven't seen this description nor found it in a look-up. ## This is an old tablet, it was last available in 2005 or so, it was a generic for Percocet that contained 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it's a narcotic analgesic. It has the potential to be habit forming and it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, dry mouth, drowsiness and constipation. Learn more Percocet details here.
