I have a round, white pill that has a 3 on one side and an M inside a square, what is this? ## This is generic acetaminophen #3 with codeine. It has 300mg acetaminophen (or tylenol) and 30mg codeine. It is a schedule three controlled substance, that is a narcotic pain killer used for mild to moderate pain. It can be abused and is highly addictive. Side effects include nausea, constipation, euphoria, among others. What is it? ## rugby 4604 oblong white pill what is it??? thanks ## Rugby imprints were discontinued years ago, when the company was purchased by another, I think it may have been Watson, but don't quote me on that. LOL Anyway, from what I've been able to find, the one with the 4840 marking is said to have contained Cyclobenzaprine, which is a muscle relaxant, though I cannot confirm that and haven't been able to find a dosage. The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dry mouth, and headache. The one with the 4604 marking is listed as having contained 400mgs of Ibuprofen, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever, and swelling. What is a white oblong pill with "L434" on one side and nothing on the other? ## Based on your pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg (NDC 30142-0484); a mild pain reliever and fever reducer. While the L434 pill contains Pseudoephedrine (60 mg) + Triprolidine (2.5 mg); which is used to help relieve a common cold, hay fever, and allergies. (NDC 00113-0434). Is it possible that you may have mistaken the "8" for a "3"?

large round white pill ## So far, we have been unable to identify this one. These are over the counter products and therefore the markings are not required to be logged with the FDA. Does anyone recognize this tablet? There is an L 484 that contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, but it is an oblong tablet, not round.

I have a white oblong pill with no score, and has an L434 imprint on one side and nothing on the other side. Could this be a Lortab? ## Based on the pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. Unfortunately, neither one of these are Lortab (Hydrocodone Bitartrate + Acetaminophen). The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg without any Hydrocodone (NDC 30142-0484).
