This pill is about 1 across with A-24 imprinted on the top ## I am looking for the same thing. I was told it was tylonel and just wanted to make sure. So if anyone knows that would be great. ## Comes from CVS it is for allergies. :) ## This is a 10mg Alavert (Loratadine) tablet that is used to treat allergies, as Jessica stated. A261 is Acetaminophen 650mg and Propoxyphene Napsylates 100mg.
