I found a small white round pill that is marked with just a 5 on one side and blank, but deeply scored on the other side. ## Hi Bruce, Generic Percocet made by Mallinckrodt, containing 5mgs of oxycodone + 325mgs of acetaminophen is really the only thing that comes remotely close to your description upon doing a google search. This particular tablet is marked with "512" on one side and is scored on the other. For added verification, it is also reported to be approximately 12.00 mm in diameter. Maybe that could help determine if there are other similarities as well. Any chance there could've been more numbers that were potentially faded/smudged off your pill? I have found a small round pill it has L010 on one side and blank on the other. Whatever it is I'm guessing its extended release, because of how thick the coating is on it. White Round Pill With 512, a score and HD on one side. Other side is blank. Probably percoset but haven't seen this description nor found it in a look-up. ## This is an old tablet, it was last available in 2005 or so, it was a generic for Percocet that contained 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it's a narcotic analgesic.
