I think this is going to be really hard to narrow down, there are quite a few over the counter items with the number 10 on them that match this description. This is a small very small pill , a white pill , with the number 100 imprinted on one side an the other side is blank . I cant seem to figure out what it is ! ## Was it found in the U.S. or somewhere else? This imprint is pretty vague, so it may be difficult to determine exactly what this tablet contains.
