The pill is white,bottom part says 277,top part looks like sideways 8 with a diagonal line through it. ## I can't find this listed in any of our U.S. prescription drug resources. There is a good possibility that it is something available over the counter, however, it could also be a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

found in my sons room...#1) round white pill imprinted '0027' upper, with a line and then imprinted 'v' on bottom ...#2 is a round white pill imprinted '44' 0n upper with a line underneath ..imprinted '104' on bottom ## I don't know what the 0027 is but I would pay attention to the V. The other one 44/104 is Acetominophen (Generic Tylenol). ## the V might be Vicodin. Bad stuff. ## Ok, this is my last post...I see the question was nearly 2 years ago..both pills are acetominophen...whew! ## Melody is correct, both tablets contain 325mgs of Acetaminophen, there are generics/store brands for Tylenol. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and stomach irritation. Is there anything else I can help with?
