please identify this pill, it is not white like cetirizine (zyrtec) it is light yellow. Definite color difference side by side. So we don't think it is cetrizine like what comes up if you put then number in. Round - light yellow- IP 46 on one side /blank on the other ## It should be a white tablet if it has that marking. Are you certain that the numbers are 46? Intrapharm does make many different medications. Where was it found/obtained? I'm wondering if it may be from a foreign source, damaged or something.

I had been taking the Watson's 10 325 round white pill also last month Cvs filled my script with this a333 pill and they not only don't help my back pain but makes need nauseous and dizzy!
