round white pill with large 45 on one side and blank on other ## I can't find any prescription drugs with just a 45 on them, most have a little more to their imprint than just two numbers. My guess it it could be something over the counter or a foreign med, which are almost impossible to identify since they are not regulated like US prescription drugs.

I have a massive toothache and was looking through my old prescriptions for something for pain. The faces are rounded not flat. Im not sure what this is. Could be multiple things. Hoping its a basic over the counter pain reliever but it could also be an antibiotic or something else i shouldnt take. Before i take a couple i want to make sure.
