large round tan pill with m on one side and p/t on the other. Can anyone tell me what this is? ## I've searched all the databases I can for this one and am having no luck. Can you provide anymore information, such as what country it was found in? Does anyone else recognize this? ## If the pill could be orange-ish in color (might be mistaken for tan), with the marking M on one side and PT on the other, it is reportedly a combination of Acetaminophen 325 mg + Tramadol 37.5 mg. Here is the related post: ## Roy is correct..this is a generic combo of tramadol and acetaminophen for name brand Ultracet. It is made by Mylan. Be careful as it is non-narcotic, but works like one, AND IS ADDICTIVE!
