Does anyone else recognize this? ## If the pill could be orange-ish in color (might be mistaken for tan), with the marking M on one side and PT on the other, it is reportedly a combination of Acetaminophen 325 mg + Tramadol 37.5 mg. 757 on front and m on back ## I located a match, the only difference is the pill is white, but it had M on one side and 757 on the other. I came across a strange pill and I've been trying to figure out what it is for an hour now. It's small, about the size of a Motrin. It's colour is tan-ish / very light brown. One side is completely smooth with no imprints but the other side has a split and 001 on it. I'm positive it's 001 and not 100 because the 1 has the little "tophat". If there are no markings on it, we can rule it out as being a U.S. manufactured and approved prescription medication, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification. That means it is most likely some type of over the counter product, but there is also a chance that it could be a foreign medication. Does anyone else have any idea of what this may be?
