TV is a manufacturers logo that is used on several prescription tablets, so can you please post back with the full marking? Is it TV 4096? If so, Teva Pharmaceuticals lists it as containing 10mgs of Baclofen and yes, it is a muscle relaxant, but no, you cannot compare it to a narcotic, because it is not an actual analgesic, it will only help with muscle spasms and pain. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
