Round red pill with capital ETH engraved on one side and nothing on the other side. It is a little smaller than a dime. ## This is an over the counter tablet, Excedrin Tension Headache, it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 65mgs of Caffeine. It is also a little fatter than a normal size round pill.

It is kinda of reddish white, no markings and I found several in my sons coat pocket... ## Hello, Kd! How are you? If they have no markings, we can rule them out as being a U.S. prescription medication, because they are all required to have unique markings to enable their identification, however, it could be any one of a large number of over the counter products. Where was it found? Some over the counter products are regional, so knowing the general location may help narrow it down. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else know what these might be?

What is this pill? - Red, round with uppercase R on one side and 225 imprint on the other. Not scored. ## Two other related discussion threads here point to Tramadol being a match: 1) Red Pill 225 2) Red Pill Imprinted With 225 Post # 3 in the following thread surmises that a very similarly depicted pill is Tramadol 225mg slow-release: 3) Red Pill No Markings Scored I haven't been able to verify this finding myself, however, it is something to consider as a possibility. Bright red pill marked L227 found twice in different M&M plain candy bags. Pretty upsetting don't you think? ## The pill in description is Acetaminophen (500 mg). Acetaminophen is a widely used over-the-counter analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). That is very disturbing to know that drugs are being placed into M&M candy bags. Where did you find these bags at? Were they left over from Halloween perhaps? I've heard similar stories from people experiencing this around halloween or easter when people are more susceptible to open a bag without thinking twice about it. You can view a detailed description of Acetaminophen by clicking on the link below... If you have any more questions or comments to add about this, please post back so I can further assist...

Does anyone know what a red round pill marked with 225 does? ## Tramadol ## If it works? Depends what you need it to work for. It’s a milder prescription pain med commonly known as tramadol - not to be confused with ultram as people who aren’t knowledgeable think they’re one in the same. They’re not. Tramadol is what you have and all patients respond differently to meds. One may get relief while another forgets they took it which is a sure sign it’s not strong enough. Depending where you’re from and who you ask tramadol is in the opiate family... again. Flipped flopped there in USA, but it’ll help mild pain if you’re not opiate tolerant - if you’re taking anything in the opioid family, say Vicodin or Oxycodone, tramadol won’t h...

Red Round Pill Engraved With A R, got from a friend that said it was Tramadol 225mg, but havent been able to identify it. pls help i gonna eat it tomorrow TY!! =) ## Hi Robin, A R is a pretty vague imprint, and I definitely haven't found any matches that lead me to believe it's Tramadol. The only thing I've found that somewhat matches the imprint is Aricept (23 mg). It is a reddish brown pill with ARICEPT engraved into the front and 23 engraved into the back. Aricept belongs to the drug class cholinesterase inhibitors and used in the treatment of alzheimer's disease. Manufacturer: Eisai Inc. Its a metabolife pill I found it in an old bottle in the back of my medicine cabinet ## I'm assuming you are referring to the Metabolife Green tea supplement, is this correct? This appears to be one of five different products they sell for weight loss and weight management.. From what I can gather, the Metabolife Green Tea is used to help boost the body's metabolism, burning off calories more efficiently (in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise program). You can google "metabolife" to pull up their website for more information on their products. There isn't any photos of the pill however, so I can't determine which of the five product containers this pill is from.
