It is a little smaller than a dime. ## This is an over the counter tablet, Excedrin Tension Headache, it contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 65mgs of Caffeine. Is there anything else I can help you with? ## I have the same kind of pill, but it is round and not oblong. All the pictures that I have seen of excedrin tension headache have been an oblong pill with ETH stamped on one side. The one that I have is round with ETH on one side and nothing on the other side. It is also a little fatter than a normal size round pill.

I was given blue round pills with M on one side and 503 on the other. This was mistakenly given to me by the pharmacy instead of my generic for Ziac which is white with 501 on it. The pill is round, larger than an asprin, red with Z imprint. What is it? ## May be for schizophrenia.
