Round Pink Pill With Heart On One Side

I found a round pill, it's light pink and has a heart on one side. Please help me, i've found multiple and i have children in the house. I don't want my babies getin their hands on anything, ecspecially if it can hurt them. ## That's kind of a vague imprint, which leads me to believe this is an over the counter product. I can't be 100% certain, but there are some low-dose 81mg Aspirin tablets that are very similar to this, so that might be what they are. They are usually used for their blood thinning properties. I am not sure what else to tell you, other than if it were me, I'd give the house a thorough cleaning/inspection, doing a full hunt to check for any more of them. Is there anything else I can help with?

i found some pills wilth g 51 on one side and 300 on the other side. I was given this pill from a customer of mine stating that it is for pain but I have never seen it or a pain pill similar to it.
