They are n.p 12, the others were always pink also, same color, but domed on both sides... these don't seem too work as well, I have sever liver disease and full blown celiac... is this all in my mind or a justified argument ? ## Hello, Les! I have a pill that has a P symbol on one side with the number 25 on the other side. I found it in my sons room, and I would really like to know if I should be worried? BUT when I googled it, It came up lithium ## Hi Tammy, I'm not sure who told you this was Vicodin, but it has become apparent to me that this is confirmed to be a 300mg Lithium carbonate ER tablet; manufactured by Glenmark. So unless you can easily tell that it'll squish or bend with your fingers, it sounds to me like you should just swallow it normally as you would with any other pill.
