I found a small round pill that's sky blue with p 20 on one side and blank on the other side. The p is located over the 20. I couldn't find out what it is I googled it with no luck. Some say its oxycontin 20mg. But how do you know for sure? So i was cramping really bad n asked my mom if she had any midol. She was digging all in her purse and pulled out two round pink pills with the letter m on one side n blank on the other, i doubt it is midol can anyone tell me wat this pill is??? ## I agree with you that these definitely aren't Midol, but when it comes down to verifying what it could be, the options seem thin. One person suggested back in 2010 that it could be an antidepressant used to increase women's sex drive, much like a female viagra. Unfortunately, you'd have to ask your mom what she's been taking them for. Which might be a bit awkward if this holds true. I hope this helps! Has anyone else come across these pills before?
