looks like a valium little blue round with dz on one sideline in middleon the other smooth m< ## @dpra, Based on your description, what you have is a 10mg Diazepam tablet sourced from a company called "Medicamentos Corporacion" in El Salvador. I can't vouch for it's quality/efficacy, but images I'm finding do match up with your description having the "D|Z" on one side (separated by a score line) and Mk on the back.
