If so then there are round white pills with 70 on one side and Z on the other. Those are Metformin 500 mg for treating type 2 diabetes (NDC 65841-809 among others). Why does my blood pressure med RAISE my blood pressure? I've been switched to this pink round version of the pill since I returned to NJ from HI. Is it that the brand is bad? ## How high has it been going up? What times of day are you checking? Has it been after you've eaten, or engaged in activity? This tablet is manufactured by Lupin Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 25mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide and 20mgs of Lisinopril. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, and hypotension. Are you on any other medications? Did you still take your medication while on vacation?

Small round pink pill with the letter P on one side. There are no other markings. ## There are a couple possible ID's for this pill, based on the description provided. Although there may be more, the one's I located are manufactured in the US. The first match is identified as Pepcid complete (calcium carbonate 800 mg + famotidine 10 mg + magnesium hydroxide 165 mg). The "P" imprint on this pill is clearly a P and not a B. The other possible match I found is the same pill except that it's a children's version with only 400mgs of calcium carbonate. I cannot locate a photo of this one though.
