It is a tiny round white pill that is scored on one side and a script v on the reverse with the numbers 46 05 ## I usually have no trouble identifying pills, but this one has had me stumped for quite a while now. The only match I can find that comes remotely close to your description is Hydrocodone 7.5mg + Acetaminophen 325mg; which has the marking V 36 05, but is different in color than what you mentioned. May I ask where you got these pills from?

I have a round beige pill with Watson 364 on it. I found it in a house. What is it? ## A beige round pill with Watson 364 on one side and 7.5 over a score line on the other was Clorazepate 7.5 mg (now discontinued) [1].
