I found a round pink pill with w325 on it. what is this? It is not even a half inch in diameter ## Hello, The closest match I've been able to locate based on the description you've provided is Enalapril (10 mg); which is an angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitor used in the treatment of hypertension (high blood pressure) and some types of chronic heart failure. It is a round pink pill with the imprint W 925- maybe the imprint was smudged and now the 9 appears to be a 3? Most common side effects include hypotension, dizziness when standing up, and dry cough. its a white pill with a line down the middle and has 325 on it ## If this tablet only had a 325 on it, then I believe it may be a 325mg Acetaminophen tablet, a generic or store brand of Tylenol. Learn more Acetaminophen details here. I can't be 100% certain, however, since it is an over the counter product and those imprints can be a bit difficult to track down. Can anyone confirm this information?

This is generic Fioricet (Butalbital 325mg / Acetaminophen 50mg / Caffeine 40mg) pain medication prescribed for severe migraine and sinus headaches. It has been around for decades. It is not an opiate and this is not considered a "scheduled medication", (yet, the brand name of this medication "Fiorinal" IS labeled a schedule III controlled drug). It may cause drowsiness and it can be habit forming. (Photo here: Pill Image) ## Thank you for providing such a thorough pill identification, description and image for reference. For additional verification, I also wanted to add that this pill is reportedly manufactured by Alvogen Inc. and carries a National Drug Code of 47781-0536. The package says severe sinus relieve but I need to know if I should chew or just swallow? Please answer ASAP ## Based on my research, a round pink pill marked with FR 14 is identified as Emagrin forte (acetaminophen 325 mg + guaifenesin 200mg + phenylephrine hydrochloride 5 mg) Manufacturer: Unifirst First Aid Corporation The information I'm finding on this pill denotes it as an oral tablet and not something that is chewable. So unless you can easily tell that it'll squish or bend with your fingers, it sounds to me like you should just swallow it normally as you would with any other pill. To my understanding, it all gets metabolized in a similar manner, so chewing it vs swallowing may have very little effect on the bioavailability of the drug itself. I hope this helps!

I understand that this is a Percocet, but is it a 5/325 mg dosage? If so, what is the equivalent to a 10 mg hydrocodone? ## Yes, that is correct, it is manufactured by Actavis Elizabeth. Each 5mgs of Oxycodone is listed as being equivalent to 7.5mgs of Hydrocodone, so this is a little bit stronger. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming, and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, constipation, and dry mouth. Is there anything else I can help with?

What is this white round pill with 54 345 on it and has a serrated line? I got it from a Dr and put it in a pill box and did not label it. ## Hello Sue, I've been searching everywhere but I just can't seem to find a pill that has the imprint 54 345. I found a small white pill with the imprint 54 543 but not 345, is it possible that you simply memorized the second part and wrote it backwards? If that's the case then the pill would be a Roxicet 325 mg / 5 mg which is used to treat pain/chronic pain. If it turns out to be the roxicet let me know if you would like additional information and I can provide more in depth information on the pill for you to have. Have a good day. ## So is this 54-345 round white pill a narcotic like oxycodone ?? ## My doctor prescribed it for me and ...

I am not, however, 100% certain of this identification, since these aren't available in the U.S., so the best suggestion I can make is that you just dispose of it. On the white round Percocet it has 10325 on it and on the backside RP. The RP is sideways on the back. Is this real or fake??? ## Hello, Lori! How are you? If you received it from a licensed U.S. pharmacy, then there is no reason to worry. The way a pill is printed can vary, depending on how it fell into the pill press. However, if it was obtained via some other source, then it could be fake. The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. Is there anything else I can help with?
