This pill is not ibuprophen 200mg. I looked it up because i had a similar looking pill, but this was white and on one side had the numbers 420 circled. There is a similar pill that is used in the treatment of leukemia, lymphoma, and chrones disease plus theres more uses for it. If so, Purdue Pharma lists it as being a 40mg Oxycontin tablet, which is no longer manufactured. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, constipation, headache, and dry mouth. They changed their formulation a few years ago, and now use the OP marking, they have also made them more abuse proof.

I have been given some large white round pills that have C stamped on it then a half way line & ZN printed below. So unless you can easily tell that it'll squish or bend with your fingers, it sounds to me like you should just swallow it normally as you would with any other pill. To my understanding, it all gets metabolized in a similar manner, so chewing it vs swallowing may have very little effect on the bioavailability of the drug itself. I hope this helps!
