The package says severe sinus relieve but I need to know if I should chew or just swallow? So unless you can easily tell that it'll squish or bend with your fingers, it sounds to me like you should just swallow it normally as you would with any other pill. To my understanding, it all gets metabolized in a similar manner, so chewing it vs swallowing may have very little effect on the bioavailability of the drug itself. I hope this helps!

I found these while cleaning out med cabinet. They were in an Tylenol 3 bottle, but these surely aren't? Small, round, white; SP on one side, 141 on the other.
