I have a round white pill with FR on one side and Double scored on the other. Blue specks are inside the pill. ## I've tried searching for this several times, since I first read your post, but I haven't found anything that matches. The fact that the imprint is rather vague leads me to suspect that this is most likely an over the counter product of some type. Where was it found? Some products are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. Does anyone else recognize this tablet? ## I found one of the same pills on the bottom of one of my shoes. it scares me to death.. I have a 19 month old walking around picking things up all the time. I have no idea where this came from! ## it's Excedrin, caffeine, asprin, tylenol. Nothing major, but wouldn't wa...

round white pill with K3 on one side and a double score on the other. I was told it was to help detox from opiates, but i dont trust the source...anyone? ## This tablet contains 25mgs of Promethazine, a generic for Phenergan, this is used to reliever nausea and vomiting. Thus, it WILL NOT help you detox, but it you are going through withdrawal and getting sick, it may help with that part. Common side effects include: drowsiness, dizziness and headache. I might have taken this pill instead of another and I cant recall or know what it is for..as there was no name... Can anyone help..bec I am starting to freak out. the pill is: round, white, not coated, double scored on one side, a single triangle on the other.

The pill is white, round and has a capital R on one side, and the number 5 on the other side. It is not a small pill. The capital R almost looks like a capital P with a line coming off it to look like an R. I don't know if that's some kind of imprint. ## Hi Selina, The closest match I could locate is identified as Levocetirizine dihydrochloride (5 mg); which is used in the treatment of allergies. This pill has the same imprint of "R" on one side (of a score line) and "5" on the other; but is Elliptical / Oval shaped, as opposed to round. I know some people tend to regard something that's oval as round, so I thought best to double check on this one. For verification, the manufacturer of this pill is Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited. small round peach pill. G on one side. 5 and indented 0 on the other. scored edges on both sides ## Unfortunately, after trying several searches I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. It seems like you have a pill with a pretty normal description compared to some of the other pills I've tried to identify, but couldn't; if you wouldn't mind double checking the color and imprint on the pill, I can try searching for other variations of these markings. ## Dang, there isn’t any other markings

However, I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

i can not find an answer to my Question, Found a pill and don't know what it is ## Hi Michelle, You may be having a hard time finding information on this tablet, because legitimate "Teva" medications are ALSO accompanied by a set of numbers on either side of the pill (usually three or four digits long). If you have the pill in your possession, I would recommend double checking the imprint, if there is one? If not, then it's probably a sign that it may be fake or counterfeit. I can't guarantee that this is the case, but all the Teva tablets I've personally seen (at least here in the US), also have numbers on them for identification of dosage and substance. You could also try contacting Teva pharmaceuticals directly regarding your inquiry, to see what they have to ...

small white scored table with M on one side and 221 on the other side ## The closest I could find to this actually has 3M 221 on the round white tablet with a score mark. 3M Pharmaceuticals lists it as being a 100mgs Norflex tablet, which contains the active ingredient Orphenadrine, which is a muscle relaxant. found round white pill that is double scored with no markings ## Did you find out what this is? Has "PE" imprinted on one side with circles around it, double scored on the other side. Any ideas? Can't find anything about what this may be. ## I can't seem to find any specific details whatsoever about this pill under US search engines, so I'm thinking this could possibly be something that's either been discontinued for quite some time or maybe shipped here from overseas. Did you order this tablet from one of those web-based pharmacies by chance? I only ask because there are happen to be quite a few pills coming in those types of pharmacies located in places like India, that have markings which can't be identified here. Alternatively, but less likely - it could also be an illicit drug, OTC med, or even a dietary supplement. I'd consider having its cont...

I have a double scored white round pill with a p with circles around it and a little E on the side not scored. It is supposed to be a muscle relaxer, but it doesnt look the same. I cannot identify the logo or the medication. Please help ## Hi kat, I have seen a pill like this somewhere on the web, but I don't think the site where I saw it was reputable...I'm having a very difficult time finding it again. It could possibly be a pill that is no longer on the market, it would make sense since it's so difficult to verify. It could also be an illicit drug of some sort, or manufactured outside of the U.S. I would take a sample to your nearest pharmacy to see if they can analyze it for you...if you aren't able to do that, then I would safely dispose of it. Sorry I couldn't ...

I am trying to figure out what pill this is that my 8 yr old step-daughter takes. I have used tons of pill ID websites, looked at over 400 different pictures of pills and found NO matches. She used to take Focalin, then was switched to Concerta 18mg...now she has this very small, round, dark pink/pink/maybe peach-ish colored, solid tablet, no scores, and blank on one side and "18" printed in black on the other side. This is weirding me out that I cant identify it!! Thank for any info! ## I take the same medication as your stepdaughter. I have an orange yellowish pill with no imprint on one side and a line on the other to split down the middle. It's an Ambien pill most likely, but I just want to double check. ## In the U.S. all prescription tablets are required to have unique markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency, this if a tablet has no markings, it is most likely an over the counter medications, though there is also a small change that it could be a foreign drug. The FDA warns that Ambien may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, sleep actions, hallucinations, and next day hangover-like effects. Do you know anything else about it, such as where it was found?
