Round Pill With C 158

I have a small round white pill. One side is stamped with C, the other 158. The only pills I can ID like this say that they are yellow, but this is white. A round white pill. One side has a U at the top and underneath it is the number 158. The other side has a line separating the pill in half. ## Hello, Jane! How are you? The closest I can find to this tablet is one manufactured by Unichem Pharmaceuticals with the marking U 168, so can you please double check the markings and post back? They list it as containing 2mgs of Tizanidine, the FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth. ## In one of my prescriptions, there were almost 20 of the U 158 pills mistakenly added. small white round pill scored on one side with an r on top and im not quiet sure what the number is on the bottom. i think its a 153,158, i cant really tell. i know its supposed to be for pain. ## this is a really small pill i can barely see the num. someone pleas help me. IT is only scored on one side and has nothing on the other. the onley thing i can kinda make out is the r on top . im pretty sure the first num on the bottom is 1. and then the last two i cant really tell maybe a 58. endo 122 yellow round, what is it ## I f you haven't had an answer to your question yet I can help. The Endo 122 pill is a very old Percodan.(Oxycodone with Aspirin) I belive that Percodan had that imprint until about 1985.
