Small white round pill with a R on one side and 270 on the other. ## Based on the description provided, the closest match I'm finding is a white round pill marked with an "R" on one side and "027" sitting above a score line on the other side. You mentioned that the number was "270", so I can only guess that perhaps the imprint may have been misread? This particular pill is identified as Alprazolam (0.25 mg), also known as Xanax. This is generic Fioricet (Butalbital 325mg / Acetaminophen 50mg / Caffeine 40mg) pain medication prescribed for severe migraine and sinus headaches. It has been around for decades. It is not an opiate and this is not considered a "scheduled medication", (yet, the brand name of this medication "Fiorinal" IS labeled a schedule III controlled drug). It may cause drowsiness and it can be habit forming. (Photo here: Pill Image) ## Thank you for providing such a thorough pill identification, description and image for reference. For additional verification, I also wanted to add that this pill is reportedly manufactured by Alvogen Inc. and carries a National Drug Code of 47781-0536. White Pill with M 152 printed on it. Its roundish in color. ## Hi Kim, The closest match I could find to this description is that of a white 'round-shaped' pill marked "MP 152". This pill is identified as Atenolol 100mg + Chlorthalidone 25 mg, and is used in the treatment of high blood pressure. Does this sound like a possible match? The "P" is sort of infused into the "M" so you almost can't tell that there's another letter there. If you have any more questions or comments to add regarding this, please post back so I can further assist you.

WHITE ROUND ## Is there an additional piece after the M that looks like a small, half circle? The only thing I am finding that may match this has that, because the marking is intended to be MP 727, but they use the line of the M to form the back line of the P. If this is your pill, it contains 1mg of Folic Acid, a nutritional supplement, most often used by women during pregnancy. Could this be your pill?

Hello i found a little peach colored pill with L 165 printed on it. Can anyone tell me what it is? ## I haven't been able to find a listing for this, but that is most likely because it is an over the counter product and those imprints are not required to be listed with the FDA. However, the L followed by 3 additional numbers is used by LNK International and they only manufacture over the counter products that are sold by various stores as the generics or store brands. Learn more OTC drug details here. From the color, if I had to guess, I'd place it as being one of their antacid products, such as a generic for Pepcid, which contains the active ingredient Famotidine, but I can't be certain that's what it is. Where did you find it? ## clonidine 0.3 mg

Got a round peach colored pill with the numbers 223 on it. What is it!? I was told it was a vicodin 10 or hydrocodone. BUT when I googled it, It came up lithium ## Hi Tammy, I'm not sure who told you this was Vicodin, but it has become apparent to me that this is confirmed to be a 300mg Lithium carbonate ER tablet; manufactured by Glenmark. I'm guessing you didn't get these from a real pharmacy? I could honestly never put my trust into the hands of people trying to make a buck on the street... But it's a good thing you took the time to ask about it first, just to be on the safe side. I hope this helps! ## It is Lithium ...as long as it has 223 on one side and nothing on the other.

I just rec'd 30 of these, but they have NO effect. Tooth/gum pain. Am used to oblong tramadol tablets - which, although weak, have an effect on my pain. Now we're getting these AN 627s. These are like placebos. ## these are the REAL thing, not a placebo. They are the SAME as the oblong tramadol. ## AN 627 does contain 50mgs of Tramadol, however, there can be some differences in generic drugs, so they may not work as well as the others you were getting. ## These don't seem to be as strong as some of the other tramadol I have taken, such as the Mylan. I don't know why. There should be no reason for this. If u buy a genertic it should act the same as a brand. This pill should be reported and looked into to find out what we are spending money on.
