IMPRINT CODE: SANKYO C22 COLOR: REDDISH-YELLOW SHAPE: ROUND FORM: TABLET ACTIVE INGREDIENTS: OLMESARTAN MEDOXOMIL 20 MG HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE 12.5 MG ## It is for high blood pressure. Those are actually pretty strong ones. I take the c14 for stage two Hypertension. ## The identification provided is correct, and this medication is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions.
