Round Pill Hh 113

I have a round pill with 113 on the front and HH on the reverse. The numbers 113 are written in an arc across the top of the pill. Please identify. ## This tablet is manufactured by PACK Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 100mgs of Losartan. The FDA classifies this medication as an ARB. It is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension. I just got my refill for Losartan with 113 on one and S on the other side, so I'm wondering if this is the right one? Although I am a bit confused because in your message you are also saying that your refill contained pills with the imprint 113 S which also happens to be another brand of Losartan Potassium 100 mg (NDC code 43547-362). It is common to see the same generic drug manufactured by many different companies, thereby taking different appearances. Can you please share any other details?
