Vitamin A conversion from mg to iu
What is the conversion to iu's in 250 mg of vitamin A ## 250mg of Vitamin A converts over to 833250 IU. I'm not certain however if that would be 833 IU rounded to the nearest tenth, or if it is 833,250 IU. My guess is that it's 833 IU. For reference purposes, this is the site I used to make the conversion: There are other conversion sites out there that may be able to differentiate between the two possibilities I noted above. Hope this helps! ...

Oxycontin 80 Mg Capsule
is there a red 80 mg oxycontin capsule ## There are no Oxycontin capsules, Oxycontin is a time released formulation of the narcotic Oxycodone and the time release form is only available as tablets, which are manufactured by Purdue Pharma. The original tablets had the marking of OC on one side and 80 on the other, while the new replaces the OC with the letters OP, they are both round and green. In addition, the only 80mg dosage available in the time released, with the markings that I mentioned above. Are there any other questions or comments? ...

I believe my daughter has overdosed on xanax
She took 20 round blue xanax, 10 25 mg Promethazine and 2 50 mg Pristique that I know of for sure, Tuesday between 3:30 and 9:30 PM. At 5 AM Wednesday her BP was 134/35 and heart rate of 115. Her BP is now 140/94. She has fallen, cannot stand alone, wet the bed once and wet on the floor once. She has no insurance and resisted, strongly, going to the ER. She seems to be a little better this AM. I applied cold cloths to her face and neck and tried to wake her every 15 minutes. She could not speak but did recognize me and was able to tell me how many fingers I was holding up. ## You call 911. They will take her to a County facility or State Mental Health Hospital, ONLY with your help Mom? ## Hi, Carolyn! watson hydrocodone 10 325/A333
Are they still making the round white Watson 10-325? After being on them for yrs for pain for my back all of a sudden the pharmacy changes to another that's A333. Not working nearly as well. But was also told that Watson was bought out. Unfortunately I'm one of those people that can't cant generics, & have the perfect formula for my medication til they just threw a wrench in it. Now I'm lost & not sure where to go or what 2 do. Any advise? ## No, that generic is also not being manufactured. This is a narcotic analgesic, so it has the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, dry mouth and constipation. The best suggestion I can make is that you speak to your doctor about trying an alternative medication. Does... ...

Felodipine - effect of ambient temperature
My BP has been well controlled in the UK on 10mg daily +a diuretic. However, after coming to Florida on vacation where temps have been around 80-90+ degrees I felt terrible after playing golf despite taking a large intake of water and salts during the round. On arriving back 'home' I checked my BP which was 90/58! I found I had to reduce my Felodipine to 2.5mg and stop the diuretic because even sitting out in the sun for an hour dropped my BP. I am a retired doctor and had never seen or read about this effect though when considering Feloipines mode of action it seems logical though I agree these observations could lead to a teleological conclusion. However, I felt other users should be aware ofthem. Stopping the diuretic (indapamide) alone had no effect. ## I am very sorry about... ...

Gluten contamination Adderall 30mg Teva Gate Pharma
I am currently taking Adderall 30mg, name brand, manufactured by Gate which is a subsidiary of Teva. I've been taking it for 15 months. It is round, orange, numbers 3 0 on the front and a symbol that looks somewhat like a % on the back. I have Celiac disease, diagnosed a year ago and despite a strict gluten free diet I still have lingering symptoms. I ran out of Adderall 2 weeks ago and went 6 days without it while waiting for updated insurance approval. I finally was able to fill my prescription 1 week ago, last Thursday. After my 3rd dose I became very sick and assumed I consumed food containing gluten. But I've been unable to find the source of the attack, nothing I ate should have caused it. It's been one week and the attack has not subsided. The only thing I did or ate ... ...

Rare success story with Chantix?
Early this year, in January, I went to my doctor to check on my elbow (I have "tennis elbow"). During our niceties before leaving, he asked me if I needed anything else. I said yes, please write me a prescription for Chantix. I want to quit smoking. (I smoked for almost 30 years). This was the first time I recalled, really wanting to quit. I thought about it in the past but heard way too many stories of bad experiences while taking Chantix; some from folks I work with. My doctor wrote out a presciption for the first round (4 weeks worth) and the second round maintenance month (another 4 weeks). I went straight to CVS to get the prescription filled. I went home, broke the news to my husband (he smokes too) and started the pills the next day. I'm not sure why it worked for me,... ...

Aspavor 40mg
I wake up with terrible muscle pain and run a fever and get cold shivers at night. The same simptoms I had when I got tick bite fever. I have just realised that it may be this medication. I also now get constipated. It is not a pleasant experience at all. I took Lipitor previously about 7 or 8 years ago and my liver was affected, so much so that I ended up in hospital with a complete blackout, did not even now the ambulance took me to hospital. I came round after about 3 hours in the hospital. at the time I started vomitting and my tummy was running. Since then I stopped taking anything for my high ch olestrol, I went for a check up for something else and the doctor discovered that my cholestrol was 10.7. ivomec
My immune system has been severely challenged for many years. I believe demodex, as well as harvest mites has completely taken over my body, as I have small, round, white spots that now will not go away. The white spots have been on my person for years. When I go to speak to doctors, they politely inform me, "It's in your head"! Well, the small, round, numerous spots all over my body, mostly on arms and legs, are there, and will not even sun tan when I'm out of doors. I have found a way to keep the demodex, up until recently, and now, I've gone from a full head of hair, to being able to see my scalp on, the crown of my head. I am 66 years old, having 18 things wrong with me, physically, mentally and emotionally. I am, however a researcher and know what I have found. ... ...

Lyrica and body stiffness
I've been on lyrica for about 4 months and feel like I'm 100 years old. After sitting for only a few minutes and getting up my body is so stiff! When I awaken in the morning my hands are so stiff I can't close them and I can barely walk I'm so stiff. I've also been having urinary incontinence. Has anyone else experienced these side effects? ## These are listed as being very rare possibly side effects of it, known to happen in very few people that take it. Have you contacted your doctor? I'd advise you to do so, as soon as possible, because you should probably be switched to a different medication. Learn more: ## I have experienced the exact same symptom plus many more. alprazolam sr
is there a difference between alprazolam XR and alprazolam SR with both 2mg? ## No! Both the XR and SR are just different abbreviations that stand for the same thing, they denote it as a controlled release medication. Some other abbreviations used for the same thing are ER and CR. Do you have any other questions? ## xr (extended release) cr (controlled release) and er (again, extended release) as far as i can tell means that instead of digesting fast with a short half life and giving your body the drug all at once, it will release into your body a little bit at a time. i could be wrong, but i dont think i am. ## sr is probably (slow release) also ## I was getting Alprazolam xr round purple, now I'm seeing a different doctor and he gave me Alprazolam 2mg. white oblong shape. trika and unichem suppused to be alprazolam generic for xanax ## There have been many posts about this recently, that is what they are supposed to be and people are getting them when they order it. this site does not, however, have any proof of what they are, since they are from a foreign country. Indian 1mg Alprax
I recieved supposed 1mg ALPRAX from India. I dont believe they were really, 1mg at all!!! I am prescribed here in the US 4mg (2mg sticks) per day, so my tolerance is pretty high. I even gave some to a few friends to see if they were fake and they didnt do anything to them either. I had 1 person eat like 8 and said they felt a little zanied out. Anyway they were small, white round, imprinted ALPRX in a circle on one side, and blank on the other side. I also read the thread that was written about the fake ALPRAX going thru NEW DELHI,India, recently, thru Indianmeds4u also in New delhi, I got them thru a similiar site in New Delhi also. I dont want to give the name because, i havent had any other problems with this site, before but it is a strange coincidence. They definetly are not 1mg.Maybe ... ...

Venofer long term side effects
For the last 2 1/2 years, I've been receiving venofer infusions (series of 10 every other day) approximately every 3 months due to extreme iron deficiency anemia with no cause identified. I finished a round of 11 infusions 12 days ago, when my ferritin counts weren't that low at 25, nor was my hemoglobin at 10.0. I'm a teacher and my hemotologist said she wanted to build me up over the summer. Three days ago, I started having very black stools, nausea, weakness and fatigue, and total loss of appetite. Is this iron overload or is there something else going on? Has anyone experienced this? I can't find any information about the long term effects of using venofer. ## I was severley anemic too and was hospitalized, Instead of giving me infusions, they gave me blood transfusi... ...

Withdrawal Problems with Cymbalta
There's been some legal cases recently filed in the US regarding Cymbalta withdrawal. Claims that Lilly deliberately omitted information about the true risk of withdrawal in the product label and in marketing materials. According to the LA law firm Baum Hedlund, the label wrongly claims that Cymbalta only has a 1% withdrawal risk, when in actual fact Cymbalta studies show a much higher risk rate - between 44% to 50% withdrawal risk! ## hello I have been on Cymbalta 4 for years now my doctor has taken me off about 2 weeks ago the withdrawals are horrible she switch me to Zoloft the suicidal thoughts while I was on Cymbalta was overwhelming the head zaps are scaryand I did gain about 30 pound and I am a thin lady.this is my second go round on Cymbalta I was per scribed Cymbalta in 200... ...

Xorimax 250
My Dermatologist suggested that I take xorimax for 4 months to clear my severe acne. I have cystic acne as well as white heads and black heads. I can't take accutane as I am planning to start a family. I was just wondering that isn't that a very long dose of antibiotics. Any suggestions? ## I went through 5 rounds of accutane in my 20's. I had severe bloody noses several times, and what could only be described as clenching headaches one evening that started on one side and moved to the other in an intense throbbing sensation. My dermatologist said it was a precursor to a stroke. After being diagnosed with OCD, going home and reading about it, and realizing stress is just the failure to adapt, I began to sleep better and my acne got better.
