Lyrica and a fat belly
I have been taking Lyrica 150 mg twice a day with 100mg sustained release tramadok (ultram) I have severe post hepetic neuralgia in my left thigh following an attack of shingles. This combination of meds has reduced pain by 59% allowing me to function, Then I noticed I was slowly and stadily gaining weight - about 30 lb. The interesting thing is it is all (nearly) belly weight - my waist has now completely dissapeared. The first side effect (i didn;t really notice the weight gain at first) was I was unsteady and my balance degenerated quite a bit. The I noticed typing I would mix up similar words like their and there and sea and see. The wiuld always be the wrong way round. At first the memory loss seemed an extention of aging but in the last minth it has got alarming. Today I was follo... ...

Four months of pneumonia recovery
I am recovering from a severe case of pneumonia, beginning in March. I was given levofloxacin and, following recurrence, a steroid. Two weeks ago the pulmonologist said my lungs were clear (xray). However I am still short of breath and have some discomfort in my chest. Is this just part of the recovery. process? Do you recommend another antibiotic? ## I'd think that after having it for several months, it would take awhile for you to recover, especially since your lungs weren't able to operate at full capacity for awhile. Learn more pneumonia details here. If the infection isn't present any longer, then another round of antibiotics isn't going to do you any good. Have you talked to your doctor about these issues? ...

someone, please...i need help...
Im 29, and I think I may have done damage to my liver. Im scared. I have developed a physical and mental addiction to opiates that has spun beyond what I could have ever imagined. I am in a position now where I have no one to turn to, as confiding in anyone other than my homeboy could result in losing everything I have worked so hard for. And I can't get enough consecutive days off to go to rehab. And I am drowning in this addiction. About two years ago I had surgery twice in one year. The cause for the surgery was a painful cyst internally. That's where I got my first script for percocet. Then another. Then one more. Then surgery, and the most effective narcotic pain relievers insurance could buy. Then a few more rounds for the postop pain. I was scheduled to b assessed months ... ...

Medroxyprogesterone- still no period
I am a 26 yr old female and after almost a year of not having a normal period (my period is 1-2 days of light old blood) I went to my ob. She put me on medroxyprogesterone to kickstart my period and then once I had my period to take clomid. (She doesn't believe I'm ovulating and me and my husband are trying to get pregnant. )The directions on the medicine said to take for 10 days and then I'd start my period 3-7 days after my last dose. After 15 days of no period I called my doctor and she prescribed another round of medroxyprogesterone. I'm worried. Is it normal to have to take 2 rounds of medroxyprogesterone to kick start your period? ## Hi, Kasey! Sorry about the problems that you're having. Have you used any of kits that can let you know if you're ovulating o... ...

Blue Pill round
blue round pill will v on one side 1137 on the other please identify very important. ## Unfortunately this pill description does not show up under any of the U.S. prescription drug databases. I also tried searching a few different variations of the imprint, but no luck. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's more (or less) to it than what you stated. Searching under "1137" even without the "V" doesn't bring up any ... ...

Blue round pill
Blue round pill with moon like shape on one side and a 3 and 5 number on other side. ## I also found a pill sounding just like it on the floor of the bathroom yesterday after a party. What it is and what does it do? ## Were you ever able to determine what the round blue pill with a 1/2 moon on one side and a 3 / 5 on the other was? I too am questioning this medication. ## Nevermind...While I believe there is an ecstasy pill that has a Half moon logo that is Round & blue, there is also an diet pill known as phendimetrazine (Bontril) that is similar. It is also Blue & Round w/ a crescent (half) moon on one side & the opposite side is scored in an x formation labeled with a 3 & 5 ## Meshell is correct, this is a 35mgs Phendimetrazine tablet, generic for Bontril. ...

round pill 31/30
anybody try these new 30 mgs roxis? just had them pretty cool, dont slide much. but seem to be stronger or more pure. ## lets just say i will only buy these if my m boxes arent around. ## These are not from the U.S. and aren't listed in any of our databases. If they are Roxicodone, which contains Oxycodone, then using them without a doctor's prescription is not advisable and can be very dangerous. The one post I found about these online was from a Mexican doctor, who described them as being more similar in action to Tramadol. Does anyone know what these are? ...

round brown pill
I can't see any lettering or markings of any kind on it. could it be a hydrocodone pill? ## Hmmm ... without any specific letters or numbers it is very difficult to positively ID the drug (unless you want to have it tested in a lab which is not cheap). With that said, can you provide any other details about what country the pill was obtained from, any packaging, any other details available? Wish I could offer a more specific answer at this point! ...

round light pink pill
has a slit down the center, doesn't appear to have a coating. no markings otherwise. Not sure if it is prescription or not. ## It is has no markings, then it is not a prescription drug from the US, they are all required to have unique imprints under federal law. Without any markings, it is impossible to tell exactly what it is, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. I am very sorry, wish I could help more. Where did you find it? ## Thank you for the response. What you have said is basically what I figured (about the pill not being prescription medication). The pill was found in the possession of a teenager. So I am thinking it is most likely some form of illegal drug. Thanks again! ## i've seen ibprofin that are giant white pills scored down the middle like you said with no... ...

Round Pink Pill (xanax)
Small round pink pill with no markings other than being scored on one side. ## Round, blue, slightly larger than an asprin, RC on one side and 100 on the other. Dark blue color. ## I found a small pink round pill with white specles and a line dividing one side. no imprints. ## When it comes to pills that have no imprints, it is very difficult to track them down and discover what they contain, because they are most likely something that's available over the counter, which leaves the possibilities very wide open. As tot he one with the RC 100 marking, these have been reported as being something sent as free extras with online orders from foreign pharmacies, but they have never been identified. Does anyone else know more about them? ...

Round Orange Pill 08 70
partially scored, Could be 80 70, not really sure. but it does look more like 08 70 to me. My dog must have found it, it has teeth marks & looks brownish inside. What is this? ## With the description provided I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the drug databases. I tried many different variations of the numbers 08 70 as well as trying (88 70/68 70/70 80/80 70/ etc). In this situation the best option I can recommend is taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and ask them about testing for the pills ingredients; and whether or not it's something they are able to do for you. I'm really just thinking that the marking on the pill has simply been misread due to the bite marks. And since there are so many different variations of numbers you can choose from to s... ...

White Round Pill N (10 mg)
Its small and has the letter N on one side and the other the number 10. The writing is in black and is not imprinted. Ive been told it was a painkiller. ## Hi dr, Information I've gathered states that the pill you are describing is Canadian and manufactured by a company called Novopharm. It's one of two drugs with the same imprint (both being white). If the "N" is very fat then it's a 10mg Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex) tablet, which is an anti-estrogen drug. If the "N" is normal it's 10mg Domperidone (Novo-Domperidone), a gastrointestinal drug. There's other "N 10" imprints but they're different colors. Novopharm is bad about ambiguous imprints, they have at least 10 different N 10 pills as far as I can tell. I hope this helps! ...

Round Grey and White Pill
I have found a round tablet about 5mls across. No markings, white one side and grey the other. About 2mls depth, can anyone help please? Thanks UK ## Hi sweetpea, Just out of curiosity, where did you find this pill at? From what I could gather, there really is no way to ID a pill that has no markings. If it falls into this category, the pill is more than likely classified as one or more of the following: foreign illicit OTC supplements/vitamins fake Some sites such as esctasydata will analyze a pill's ingredients for a stiff fee of $120-$150. But I wouldn't suggest going that route unless you think it could be something important to you (depending on where you found it I would imagine). Does anyone else recognize this pill? ...
