Found a large, round, speckled orangish or peach-colored tablet in my son's room. What is it. On one side it states L026 ## i founa a l026 pill in a 12 pack of sam adams ## This is an generic brand of antacid, comparable to Tums. You can buy them at Costco. ## Yes, pills marked with an L are mostly all over the counter medications made by LNK International. They make only over the counter drugs that are sold by many stores as generics or store brands. I have two bottles with these in them, both the same thing and same markings, generic for Tums. One is the Eckerd brand and one the Wal-Mart generic.
