Sandoz Pharmaceuticals lists the tablet with the 152 on it as containing 12.5mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide and 20mgs of Lisinopril, while they list the one with the 173 on it as containing 25mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide and 20mgs of Losartan. The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, dehydration and hypotension. Is there anything else I can help with?

With that marking, however, I have a strong suspicion that it is probably something available over the counter, but there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication. The only pill that I can think of that somewhat matches your description is Ibuprophen (200 mg); which is round, orange, and has the imprint 1-2 on the front.
