Sandoz Pharmaceuticals lists the tablet with the 152 on it as containing 12.5mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide and 20mgs of Lisinopril, while they list the one with the 173 on it as containing 25mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide and 20mgs of Losartan. The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, dehydration and hypotension. Is there anything else I can help with?

There are several that could be considered to be a peach color and are listed as containing 15mgs. Just as an example, one has the marking 113 on it and is manufactured by Mylan Pharmaceuticals.
