This is a steroidal anti-imflammatory medication, used especially for joint imflammation and lung imflammation, among others. Side effects include ravenous hunger, insomnia, stomach pain, among others. The other possibility is that it says b 50 92. This would be naltroxone. I found an orange peach pill that say ABG or EBG on one side (its hard to tell) and the number 40 on the other. It's round. ## ABG 40 is Oxycodone Controlled Release 40mgs, a generic for Oxycontin. A very strong narcotic pain reliever, very addictive and with some pretty heavy side effects. ## I know this is an old thread but wanted to post an update. Currently I believe this old pill has been superseded by the 40 mg extended release (OP version) from Teva. It is round and yellow with the imprint OP 40.
