I have a very small in size round peachy pink colored pill. There is nothing on it besides the number 18. I was told it was adderal but Im still curious as to what it is. ## Is it about the size of an Aspirin? Because that's the only thing I'm turning up, a round, pink/peach tablet with an 81 on it that contains 81mgs of Aspirin, the dosage that's commonly used for heart health and blood thinning. I found this pill and I'm trying to identify it. My wife and I have both been on several medications for various issues. The older we get, the more meds we get. This pill with SJ on one side and nothing on the other looks familiar, but I can't place it. I am trying to figure out what pill this is that my 8 yr old step-daughter takes. I have used tons of pill ID websites, looked at over 400 different pictures of pills and found NO matches. She used to take Focalin, then was switched to Concerta 18mg...now she has this very small, round, dark pink/pink/maybe peach-ish colored, solid tablet, no scores, and blank on one side and "18" printed in black on the other side.
