round orange pill with dan 2 times on one side and 5443 on one side ## Your question is a little confusing because in one place you have Watson 5443, and in another you have Dan Dan 5443. I am assuming it is Dan Dan 5443 because the other characteristics you list match. This is an anti-imflammatory, steroidal medication called Prednisone. It is used to reduce the imflammation in the joints, lungs, heart and many other types of imflammation. Side effects include ravenous hunger, insomnia, dizziness, among other side effects. ## Watson purchased the rights to manufacture this medication, so they are now listed as the manufacturer, and one of their licensed distributors is McKesson Packaging Services. round/ light orange one side says DAN around the top, there's a line in the middle, the other 1/2 says DAN. on the other side of pill the # 5448 is there.
