i found a lil round white pill scored on one side number 516 and the other side has L and V at the bottom half

I am only able to discern that it is sea-foom green, edging to white. The fron side, I can read IP on top nd the the first two digits of the secnd lin are 20. It looks like there's room for one or two more digits. The back is blank but cross scored vertically. Any thoughts?
