light green round pill with center score and I M O on one side of the score & 2 MG on the other side of the score. The back has a center dimple. ## From what I am finding, it appears that this may be an Imodium Instant Melt tablet, which contains 2mgs of Loperamide and is used to help treat, or prevent diarrhea.
