The pharmacy gave it as a substitute for methylphenidate 27 mg. I also tried searching a several different variations of the imprint (M 59, M 53, M 52, etc); but no luck. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Found round brown pill with M or W no other markings flat edges not rounded ## I found one too, but can find nothing on any Pill ID website. ## cut the pill and most likely u will find that it is brown all the way thru. then look up a white pill with the same marking. its most likely lisinopril that has been soaked in iodine so it can be sold as a morphine pill. this has been happening alot so be careful ## One of my friends gave me the same pill, I can't find information on it, but I was told it helps clear out your system of other drugs.
