What is a small round light blue pill with 220 imprinted on one side and blank on the other? I found it at home with children and just looking to see if I should worry? ## Hi Marbear, If the light blue pill your describing has a bit of an oval shape to it, then my findings point to Naproxen sodium 220mg; an over-the-counter NSAID used for inflammation, fever, minor aches and pains. From what I could gather, the Drug Identification Number is 02385007. If you still have any doubts about the pill ID, I would also encourage you to take it into a local pharmacy for a second opinion. Hope this helps!

If that does not work, I would go to you nearest pharmacy and ask the pharmacist what the pill might be, they have tons of archives on pills. Please post back with any more information about your pill, so I can try to help to in finding the right pill. ## RDY 272 is an over-the -counter medication.
