So I have a couple pills that are supposed to be oxycodone 30mg but I'm not sure what they are. The pills are round and very dark blue, instead of the usual a 215 pills which are lighter blue or the M box 30 milligrams which are very light blue. ## I would love it if somebody could please tell me what they are. Yes, a friend of mine showed me a Dark blue (like the Vs) M 30... I get them myself & took 1 & I never get sleepy but I feel like I can't hold my eyes open.. He says they are a brand from over seas... I can't find anything on them & I'm afraid he could harm himself if they aren't real... ## If they are M30 and dark blue like the Vs then they are fake. Real M30 are very light blue almost white. I wouldn't trust anything overseas. They are fake and they sell pill presses on eBay that say M30 among other things. The pill has 30 on it with no line, the other side has a large M with a line under it, the M is not in a box. I have searched quite extensively and can not find a definite answer weather its oxycodone. My pet monkey obtained these, small round blue pills with no numbers, just a unknown logo indented that looks like 2 boxes kind of like this [[ ]]. That means that regardless of what that simian was told they were, or what they were represented as, there is really no way to be certain of what they contain. Looks like an oxycodone - it has m inside a square and 30 on back on top of the line. But it is white in color, not pale blue - just WHITE. What could it be? ## Aside from the color, everything else in your description matches up with a typical 30mg Oxycodone IR pill made by Mallinckrodt. My first assumption is that if you didn't get it filled at a licensed pharmacy, then it's probably counterfeit. These days they do a pretty good job of making them look legitimate, so you can never be too certain unless you were to have the pill analyzed by a lab or drug panel to at least verify the presence of an opiate. I believe this is one of the strongest roxicodne available. The next are the r215's. This is from someone who has been on them for 12 years. We (in Al)are not having the trouble that Fl or Ky is experiencing, knock on wood. Good luck to all y'all ## It depends on the precise marking. There is a light blue with an M in a box on one side and a 30 over the score line on the other that contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, it is a generic for Roxicodone. And there is no Oxycodone with R 215, the marking on that one would be A 215 and is also contains 30mgs, so it is identical, not stronger. Are there any comments or questions?

What Are Grey Round Pills With M Box On 1 Side And 30 On other ## I am not aware of a grey pill with this marking, but there is a pale blue one that has the M in a box on one side and a 30 over a score line on the other, which contains 30mgs of Oxycodone, the active ingredient in Roxicodone, which is a narcotic pain reliever.
