I was given blue round pills with M on one side and 503 on the other. This was mistakenly given to me by the pharmacy instead of my generic for Ziac which is white with 501 on it. My Medicare Part D insurance company wants me to take an alternative medication to cyclobenzaprine tab 5 mg. The ins. co. is asking me to choose between baclofen and tizanidine.
